Architecting
High-Scale Protocols

Blockfuse Engineering designs and delivers dependable AI, web, and blockchain systems — led by the same senior engineers who train our Academy, so the work holds up after we leave.

One standard, whichever route you take.

Two ways to work with Blockfuse

Route 01 — StudioWe build it→

A senior-led team takes the problem from advisory through discovery to shipped, documented software.

Route 02 — TalentYou build it, with our engineers→

Hire, embed, or sponsor engineers whose ability has already been reviewed, assessed, and evidenced.

Studio — Scope & engagements

What we take on

01Usually days or weeks, not months

Technical advisory

An experienced engineer in the room when the decision is expensive. Architecture reviews, choosing a stack, planning an AI adoption that survives contact with production, technical due diligence, and shaping the engineering team you are about to hire.

Request technical advisory→
02Typically two to four weeks

Discovery sprint

You know the business problem but not the shape of the solution. We turn it into requirements, an architecture, a working prototype, a budget, and a delivery plan you can hand to any team, ours or your own.

Request discovery sprint→
03Typically two to six months

Build and delivery

A senior-led team designs and ships it: AI features, web and mobile products, smart contracts and integrations, APIs and infrastructure. You get working software, the code and infrastructure in your own accounts, documentation, and a handover written on the assumption that we are leaving.

Request build and delivery→
04Monthly, minimum three months

Ongoing engineering

Something is live and nobody is looking after it properly. A named team, an agreed monthly capacity, maintenance and improvement, and reporting you can actually read.

Request ongoing engineering→

What we've built

Client work stays private, but our tools don't. These are products our own engineers designed, shipped, and still maintain — held to the same standard as anything we deliver.

Studio — Delivery principles

How we work

01Senior accountability

Senior-led with supervised residency

Every engagement is led by a senior engineer who owns the technical decisions, the quality, and your relationship with us. Residents from the Academy work underneath that leadership on real tasks, reviewed, supervised, and never billed as senior time.

It is how engineers here get genuinely good, and it is reflected in what we charge.

02IP & discretion

Your IP remains strictly yours

Your code, your infrastructure, your IP, and your roadmap are yours. We ask before we put your name on anything, and a good deal of the work we do is never mentioned at all.

Delivered into your accounts with documentation written for clean handover.

03Focus & standards

We take few of these

Every project needs the right senior lead, a clear problem, and a realistic path to delivery. We take on a small number of engagements and staff them properly rather than many and thinly. If the fit is wrong we will say so early.

If what you need is more engineers inside your own team, hiring from the network is the better route.

Talent — The hiring reality

Applications are abundant. Evidence is scarce.

A CV can describe experience. A certificate can confirm attendance. Neither proves that someone can understand an unfamiliar codebase, solve a difficult problem, collaborate with a team, or take responsibility for production software.

Before we recommend an engineer, we have reviewed their code, assessed their technical judgment, evaluated how they work with others, and seen what they can build.

You spend less time filtering and more time speaking with candidates who are genuinely qualified.

Talent — Engagement models

Ways to work with us

Model 01

Direct hiring

Tell us about the role, required skills, experience level, working arrangement, and hiring timeline. We shortlist suitable engineers, provide their verified profiles and portfolios, and support the interview process. You employ the successful candidate directly.

A placement fee applies only when you make a successful hire.

Hire an engineer→
Model 02

Embedded engineers

Engage a Blockfuse engineer on contract without immediately adding a permanent employee. The engineer joins your team, follows your technical direction, and works within your existing processes while Blockfuse manages the engagement.

You manage the product. We support the engineer.

Discuss an embedded engagement→
Model 03

Sponsored talent pipelines

Sponsor a cohort designed around the technologies and capabilities your company or ecosystem needs. Blockfuse manages recruitment, selection, training, projects, assessment, and outcome reporting.

Your organisation receives early access to engineers who meet the standard.

Sponsor seats or a cohort→
Model 04

Team training

Develop the engineers you already have with custom programs built around your team's objectives, skill level, and stack.

AI-assisted development, reliable LLM applications, cloud and backend, smart contract security, modern testing.

Train your team→
Talent — The hiring flow

How hiring through Blockfuse works

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

We learn about the role, responsibilities, required skills, seniority, working hours, budget, and the problems the engineer will be expected to solve.

  2. 02

    Receive a focused shortlist

We match your requirements against engineers in the Blockfuse Talent Network. You receive a small, relevant shortlist, not a database of CVs to search through.

  3. 03

    Review the evidence

You can review each engineer's verified skills, portfolio, assessment results, and relevant project experience before deciding whom to interview.

  4. 04

    Interview and select

You retain control of your interview process and final hiring decision. We coordinate the process and provide any additional information you need.

  5. 05

Hire directly or engage under contract

Choose the arrangement that works for your team. Blockfuse supports direct employment, contract engagements, and sponsored talent pipelines.

  6. 06

    Receive continued support

Our involvement does not disappear when an engineer starts. We maintain regular check-ins, support the engineer's continued development, collect feedback from your team, and respond quickly when something is not working.

Talent — Employer endorsements

What employers say

We interviewed two people from the shortlist and hired both. What stood out was that they could explain their own code and say honestly what they did not know. That is rarer than it should be.

Tell us what you are solving

Have a problem worth solving?

Describe the system you need built, or the role you need filled. We will tell you honestly which route fits, and say so early if neither does.
