Blockfuse Academy
The Academy finds people with potential and puts them through a demanding, project-based program in AI-native software engineering, applied AI, and blockchain.
Blockfuse Talent Network
Engineers who pass our production-readiness assessment become Blockfuse Verified Engineers. Those approved for employer introductions enter the Blockfuse Talent Network, which is what companies hire from. Others use what they learned to start something of their own.
Blockfuse Engineering
Our senior engineers advise organisations and deliver AI, web, blockchain, and backend systems.
ProdFest
ProdFest gives engineers and founders a stage to demonstrate what they have built, and puts them in front of employers, collaborators, funders, and technology ecosystems.
What we believe
Proof matters more than credentials
A certificate shows that someone completed a program. Working software and sound technical judgment show what they can actually do.
Hard is the point
We select carefully, push hard, and tell people plainly where they stand. Nobody is served by a program that is easy to finish.
AI should strengthen engineers, not replace judgment
We train students to use AI well while remaining responsible for correctness, security, maintainability, and the final result.
Access must be sustainable
Serious programs need instructors, infrastructure, time, and support. Our cohorts are funded through tuition, company partnerships, ecosystem sponsorship, and scholarships.
Clients keep control
Client products, code, infrastructure, data, roadmaps, and intellectual property belong to the client.
Honest standards create real opportunity
We do not describe people as more experienced than they are. Clear standards protect engineers, employers, partners, and the Blockfuse name.
